Kelly Kay Schreibeis
February 9, 1966 - October 10, 2003
Kelly Schreibeis was a beloved daughter, sister and friend. A dynamic and hardworking young woman, seeking to define herself and find her niche. She followed many varied paths, from working with horses (her true love), to the field of optometry. Always seeking ways to help others, Kelly discovered massage therapy and was vigorously pursuing this career when her circle of life closed too soon. An artist, much of her work will be used by the Foundation to keep her memory alive and showcase her eye for creativity. Monetary wealth was not hers, but a millionaire in friends she was. We believe the Foundation is a natural extension of Kelly's giving spirit and proudly carry her name

When the Sun Sets
When the sun sets, never to rise again,
and the moon fades in its glory,
When the tide goes out to sea, not
to return and embrace the shore
When man turns without a thought
and refuses to try and find good in another man,
When the breath of Spring runs cool
and can't bring warm life to nature,
When the colors of a sunset are not vivid,
And mine eyes only see black and white
When all this and more are said and done,
I am no longer human but at peace with me!
